The world around us is full of love, let it in.

Many grew up believing that love makes the world go round. Is that divine law or physical law? No matter how you quantify it, the world is turning and the divine does love us.

We are shown love in so many ways, it’s nearly impossible to count. I feel another song coming on. True, music is another way love is expressed. With a world full of love, and hate, we have the opportunity to choose what we are going to let in and let it out. Though choosing love clearly seems like a no brainer, we don’t see it flowing all that easily. Still, feeling and expressing love can be a difficult thing to do. Our pain and anger get right up in our face and say, F them. Yes, they are kinda rude. That is how ignored wounded individuals act, rude. Those individuals are you and me. We all have packed away our historical wounds and hope to never hear from them again, until love shows up. That is when we can get all triggered and remember that we got issues. Ever try to cuddle a wounded puppy backed into a corner? Yep, that is us.

Who loves ya baby?

In every expression of the word, the divine loves us. It loves us through the deities we’ve learned about, the light that inspires us, the angels that bless us and the loved ones who’ve passed over and came back to look after us. The divine also loves us through all that is found on the earth and the earth herself. Through the healing properties found in plants, mineral and animals we can feel love being sent for the benefit of our bodies, minds and emotions. Now it’s up to us to put down the resistance and let the love in. Let it heal and calm us. Let it teach us how to be strong, insightful, and compassionate. We can do it just like the puppy in the corner stops growling and snapping long enough to let a loving hand come in to nurture and heal it.
